Holiday Happiness Preview

The holidays are a great, joyous time of year (for many people). They are also a very hectic, stressful and - for some people - even "depressing" time of year.

Here at BeHappy101.com, our mission is to help you create the happiest possible life. So that means the holidays cannot be depressing for you. And my goal with this Holiday Happiness series is to take you step-by-step through the end of the year "festivities" as calmly and happily as possible.

So, like every year in November, December, and January, we'll be releasing a weekly series designed to address all the key issues which cause stress and unhappiness around the holiday season.

We'll address things like financial pressure, weight management, health, family issues, shopping tips, and much more.

Also, to get started early (if you're reading this in August, September, or October for example) - check out the Note From the Desk of the Neighborhood Shrink which suggests addressing some of these issues early - before they can start to stress you out (and before it might be too late).

Also, I'd love to hear from you if you have a great way to get through the holidays more easily and stress-free. Just fill in the comment section below and I'll include your suggestions in my series.
