Happy Parents Are Key

I have raised three children who are all now adults with children of their own. All my children are very happy and so are my grandchildren. I believe their happiness stems from several factors, but the one I feel is essential is that children can only be happy if their parents are happy.

Children model their parents and so to parents I would say, "you can't give something you don't have." I believe that's the most important thing we can do as parents to have happy kids.
