Being at a level “1” on a scale of 1 to 5 is obviously not good. This means you are very unhappy in your life. You might describe yourself as “depressed” and maybe you even feel a sense of “resignation” that there is nothing that could make you happy. Perhaps you are going through some serious adversity in your life – like the death of someone very close to you, a divorce, a financial crisis, or something similar. You may feel a sense of hopelessness. Whatever the reason – or whatever you are feeling – at a level “1”, you must do something about it immediately! So get help now.
